There will be no shortage of sunshine today, with warm spring-like temperature to accompany. Highs should peak in the mid to upper 60s today, with 70s to even near 80 degrees for some by Thursday afternoon. By Thursday night, a cold front will be entering the area, bringing isolated showers that eventually turn to widespread activity through Friday. There are some minor concerns for flash flooding, given the rounds of showers or storms associated, but the risk is low and primarily confined to the southern valley. Nonetheless, do be weather aware and have away to receiver alerts if any are issued. Pre-recorded for 5pm weather broadcast
